Preparation Suggestion
Use 2 teaspoons per cup and brew for 3 minutes in fresh hot water at 185ºF using a filter or infuser.

Tasting Notes

Dry Leaves
Light-green leaves with the occasional stem, touches of yellow and blue. Subtle aroma of green leaves and orange blossom.
Tea Liquor
Light, transparent yellow, bright with reflections. Aroma predominantly linden with a floral finish. Sweet flavour, linden with notes of blanched vegetables underneath.

Bright, light-green leaves with aroma of linden and blanched vegetables.

Light, creamy.

Ingredients

Lemon Verbena
A wild plant with green leaves and pink and white flowers. Prevents gases and flatulence and is noted for relieving digestive disorders. Fights bad breath and heartburn. It’s a relaxant, reduces stress and is effective against insomnia.
Linden
An excellent sleep-inducer. Helps attain a replenishing sleep, calms nerves, reduces anxiety and contributes to general sense of wellbeing. It’s a very mild sedative with no addicting qualities. A purifying natural diuretic.
Orange Blossom Petals
The orange flower has a sedating and anti-anxiety effect. It’s highly valued for its exquisite fragrance and its aromatic properties. It’s been used in infusions as a remedy for some pains and for its calming effects.
Cornflower Petals
With a very delicate aroma and an intense blue colour, cornflower boiled in water was traditionally used as a wash to relieve eye irritation, as a tonic and an anti-inflammatory. It prevents infection, reduces fever and helps with heavy digestion.
