Pu-Erh Tea
A tea originating in the Chinese province of Yunnan. Known as Emperor’s Tea, it’s characterized by undergoing a fermentation stage in post-production. It’s highly valued due to the belief that it induces the elimination of toxins by stimulating hepatic function and accelerating the metabolism, which assists the elimination of fat.
Cassia Cinnamon
A spice with an intoxicating aroma that was traditionally attributed with aphrodisiac effects and used as an extraordinary condiment. It’s highly recommended for circulatory issues as its an anticoagulant, anti-thrombosis and helps control blood glucose levels.
Ginger Root
Its often said that it’s the root of the plant of the same name when in reality its an underground rhizome. Highly appreciated for its aroma, strong and spicy taste. Ginger infusions stimulate gastric juices, improving nutrient absorption and aiding weight loss. It’s attributed many properties, in particular analgesic, antihistamine, digestive and sudorific.
